I am the founder of Behaving Thin. I have been involved with the Fitness Industry for over 24 years. I am a a certified Jazzercise Instructor and trainer with Personal Touch. My passion runs strong for fitness and health.
I, perhaps like you, have struggled with weight my whole life.
Eight years ago, I started wondering what separated me from people who are naturally thin. What are they doing that I was not? That is when Behaving Thin was founded. I began reading, observing and practicing different habits and mindsets to change my body. And, simply, it worked.
My goal is to help you do the same. It can be easier than you think.
My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.
My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.

We will discuss your goals and I will show you your way to your why.
You will be coached personally via phone, text and email. You can chose which method you prefer or all. We will discuss your strategies and struggles. Each week you will be given a new habit to introduce and a mindset.
This week #6 - DRINK!
Week #7 has two tips. One is discussing how you sweeten your life and the other is about how to stop snacking at night. Two easy tips that can take you on a better path.
